Philanthropist

Jarrett learned from his mother and father, from a young age, that being fortunate to give back in one’s community should not be taken lightly. Jarrett continues to work closely with his family foundation and recently began a foundation in his own name to continue working on giving back in every way possible. Through the Walter & Connie Payton Foundation the family continues Walter’s giving ways during the holidays and through supporting other efforts with the Department of Children and Family Services in Illinois.

The Jarrett Payton Foundation will also continue another message his father left with him - no one of us is any better than the next. We are more similar than we are different.

Jarrett also continues to support other charitable ventures outside of his family foundations. He’s often sighted at various charity events throughout Chicago.
